Health Visitor
Our health visitor, Julia James, operates from the Swaffham Community Hospital and usually works Monday to Wednesday. She is an experienced nurse with midwifery experience and additional special training. Her main concern is child care and development for children between 0-4 years of age, but she also helps everyone within the family. She will discuss health and family problems and/or help you find the services you need.
Helping Julia in her child care work is Natasha Townsend, a community nursery nurse, who works Wednesday to Friday.

Well Family Service
The Well Family Service, a national charity, works closely with the Practice providing practical, emotional and financial support to individuals and families. Patients can be referred by their GP or can refer themselves to the Well Family Service. Telephone 01760 720302.
