The secretaries, Amanda Atkinson and Lindsay Barker, type clinical letters and other correspondence, and process non-NHS services such as medical insurance reports. They provide a point of contact for patients, hospitals and other agencies to answer queries and provide information.
Our Data Entry Clerks are Alison Airey and Denise Vit. They enter clinical data onto the computer system from letters and results received into the practice, and scan documents into patients’ health records. In their role as Choose and Book clerks, they make hospital appointments for patients and deal with queries from patients regarding bookings.
Maxine Smith joined the Practice in 2010 and looks after IT and Data Quality.
Lorraine Adams and Janet Kellingray are our cleaners. They thoroughly clean all areas of the surgery every day to provide a safe environment for our patients and staff.
