A good practice manager has never been more important.
She manages all the day-to-day aspects of running the business: employment, finances, policy, IT and the like, represents the partners in many local fora, and plays a pivotal role in the development of the practice and in improving the service we provide for our patients. Our current Practice Manager is Liz Wing.
Liz has been at the practice since 2004. As assistant practice manager she developed a thorough understanding of how the practice runs and was ideally suited to step into the position of Practice Manager in 2009.
Paula joined the Practice in 2007 as medical secretary. She took over the position of Assistant Practice Manager in 2010 and supports Liz in the day-to-day running of the surgery.
